Q: How long does it take to customize my device?
A: If you send in your own device the total turn around time is 5-7 days including shipping time.
Q: What happens after I place my order?
A: We will send you an email with a pre-paid shipping label. Pack your phone safely into a box and bring it to your local USPS shipping location. When we finish customizing your phone we will return it to the same address.
Q: Should I back-up my phone before I send it in?
A: While it is not necessary to back up your phone, we always recommend that you create periodic back-ups to iTunes or iCloud to ensure protection of your precious data.
Q: Can I just buy the rear housing and do it myself?
A: Absolutely. We offer all of our housings without our professional housing replacement service, however, we will inform you that this is not an "easy" transformation to make, that's why we offer our send in service at a low additional price.
Q: Will all the features of my phone still work after getting it customized?
A: We take every phone through a 28-point inspection to guarantee every feature is in perfect working order before your phone is shipped back.
Q: Does customizing my phone void my warranty from Apple?
A: Because we are replacing the entire back housing with a new one, it will void a portion of your 1-year limited Apple warranty. You can still use your warranty for any software issues at any local Apple Store.
